Personalised items
Everything we print is made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specification, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on printed items.
Blank (unprinted) garments
If you order a blank garment, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition; you pay the cost of returning them. We refund the item price, and the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a print fault, or isn't what you ordered, email support@printed4u.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint, replace or refund it, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Before you order
- Check the size guide, colour, print positions and your artwork.
- We print your artwork as supplied and cannot accept returns for errors in the uploaded file.
