This explains how PRINTED4U uses personal data when you use printed4u.uk. We are the data controller.

What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
- The artwork you upload and the print positions you choose.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website (such as IP address).
Why we use it
- To make, deliver and support your order (contract).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- Stripe, which takes your payment and handles card details. We never see or store your card number.
- Our email provider (Resend), which delivers order notifications to us.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify), which stores your uploaded artwork.
- Delivery carriers, who receive your name and address.
Cookies and storage
We store your basket and delivery choice in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Uploaded artwork is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@printed4u.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
